Client Portal Instructions
Click on Client Portal, then click on the Client Portal Login button.
Login (the email address that you provided to associate with your account)
Leave the password field blank, and click Forgot Password.
The Rubex Password Reset Request page will pop up.
Type in your email address.
Click "Request"
Check your email for password instructions. (If you do not receive an email from "no-reply@efilecabinet.net", check your spam folder.)
Click the link in the email, "Reset Password"
You will be prompted to enter a new password.
Congratulations, you're logged in!
If for some reason you are still unable to log in, call eFileCabinet at 877-574-5505 and they can assist you with logging in.
